EA777 may at any time request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or payment method verification. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.
EA777 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer to major Pakistani banks. These are the only currently supported methods. EA777 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors or international wire transfers.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account is prohibited. EA777 will reject or refund such deposits and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Funds deposited into EA777 are intended solely for gaming and betting activity on the platform. EA777 accounts are not bank accounts and must not be used for money transfers, holding funds on behalf of others or any non-gaming purpose.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. EA777 aims to process JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 1–3 hours on normal business days. Raast transfers are typically processed same day. Bank transfers to major Pakistani banks (HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan Bank and others) take 1–2 business days. EA777 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
EA777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is to protect the account holder and prevent unauthorised access to funds. Requests will be processed as soon as verification is satisfactorily completed.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of claiming. Real-money deposits that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements from a bonus may also be subject to withdrawal restrictions — full details are provided in the relevant bonus terms.
EA777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a pending verification requirement or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, EA777 will notify the account holder and provide the opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.
All bonuses offered by EA777 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions and any other promotional offers — are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of each offer. These Terms provide the general framework, but each bonus will have its own specific conditions published on the Promotions page.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if a bonus of PKR 1,000 carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling PKR 20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets made with bonus funds on excluded games or below the minimum odds threshold may not count towards wagering requirements.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus amounts being voided. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players — using multiple accounts, referral abuse or any other method to exploit promotional offers is considered bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension.

All bets are subject to EA777's acceptance. EA777 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts or restrict betting markets for any account at any time and without being required to give a reason. This applies to sports betting markets including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test cricket, football and esports.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and account. EA777 may reduce the maximum stake for individual accounts at its discretion, including where patterns of play suggest professional or syndicated betting.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, manifest errors in market details, or where settlement cannot reasonably be determined. In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your account balance.
In-play (live) betting on cricket — including PSL matches — and other sports is available subject to market availability. Delays in data feeds, connection issues or broadcast latency can affect in-play bet acceptance. EA777 is not responsible for bets placed on the basis of information the player received ahead of the platform's data update.
All casino games, fish games and slots available on EA777 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or EA777. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the individual game provider and are not guaranteed over any individual session.
